SEDC is closely monitoring all developments in efforts against the spread of COVID-19 and are actively prioritizing the health and safety of our employees during this time. In accordance with CDC and WHO directives to limit unnecessary gatherings among people, all SEDC employees have been encouraged to work from home over the next three weeks. We have also suspended all non-essential business travel. We do not expect these measures to impact our service commitments to you, and each of our primary contact methods will remain operational during standard business hours.
Our Business Will Continue As Usual
Due to proactive emergency planning, the majority of SEDC employees have the capability to work from home and securely access all company resources. We provide essential services to you which in turn allow you to provide essential services to your consumers. Because of this, we have no plans to limit or reduce our operations for the foreseeable future.
All Arista employees that are capable of remote work are also doing so, with Machine Operators remaining on premises to process files as usual. Because of this they are not adjusting hours and schedules at this time. Arista suppliers are also continuing with business in line with CDC and WHO guidelines.
Our phone line, 770.414.8400, as well as The Bridge will remain fully operational and we will continue to stay abreast of new developments and update you should any new developments occur.
You Have Our Gratitude
Finally, as an organization that cares deeply for our world and environment, our thoughts remain with those directly affected by this pandemic and those working tirelessly to treat them. On behalf of SEDC and all of us who are able to continue through this with minimal disruption, we thank you for your work and determination. We hope to emerge from this as a stronger, more secure society with a better understanding of the strength of unity in trying times.
