Atlanta GA – October 24, 2023 – The Meridian Enterprise, trusted leader in the development of innovative utility software and technology solutions, has named Nichole Eshbaugh, formerly Chief Technology Officer of Tri-County Electric Cooperative, as Chief Business Development Officer.
With an extensive history of driving software adoption, innovation, and engagement across various facets of the utility industry, Nichole is uniquely talented at identifying the obstacles and drivers impacting business performance and structuring targeted solutions to strengthen utilities.

For the past six years, Nichole served as the Chief Technology Officer of Tri-County Electric Cooperative, where she recruited and grew a high-performing team to lead a complete transformation of strategy and technology. She has previously served as the Vice President of Business Development for Meridian Cooperative and brings more than 20 years of industry knowledge and experience to her new role. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Texas.
Nichole will lead Business Development and Marketing as the CBDO across the Meridian Enterprise with Chief Marketing Officer, Lindsay Tyson, reporting to her in order to streamline processes between sales and marketing.
In her time away from work, Nichole enjoys college football, spending time outdoors, hiking, and digging in her flower garden. She has one daughter who is a senior at Baylor University, two sons, ages 10 and 13, a big goofy dog, and one cat.
